However, no inoculant can be marketed in a country until it has been registered. Product registration requirements are different in every country. It is important that the correct information is supplied to avoid penalties. In some cases, authorities may stop the import and sale of a product.

Our products are registered in many countries across the world. However, if a distributor would like to enter a new market, we are able to provide the necessary support to enable them to gain registration. This includes reviewing national legislation and providing training for conducting and recording field trials effectively. The data obtained is required by governing bodies; we are also able to supply data from previous trials we have conducted.

Because registration of a product can be a lengthy process, it is important to begin field trials as soon as possible so that products can be accessed more quickly, ahead of competitors.

  • Registration Trials

    To ensure the trials for your registration go smoothly, you must:

      • Choose a trial site.
      • ‘Plan ahead’ as some treatments will need storing prior to planting to demonstrate the product efficiency.
      • Create four replicates per treatment in a random plot design.
      • Include a controlled, untreated seed.

    Check any seed treatment chemicals are compatible or include chemical-treated and non-treated plots in the trial
